Post Your SpaceBecause a tour won't show you how a building is really run — or how a landlord truly treats tenants. Read reviews from Tenants before you sign, or share your own experience to help others.
Share honest feedback and opinions about your office building.
Find and research buildings across the country. Read what current and former Tenants have to say before committing.
This isn't only about the bad ones. Great landlords deserve recognition. Tenant success is landlord success.
"Responsive management and well-run building amenities. Operating-expense charges are transparent and reasonable."
The Tenant Experience Today
Consumers have Yelp. Neighbors have Nextdoor. Employees have Glassdoor. But Office Tenants, signing one of the biggest commitments their business will ever make, have had nothing online. Until Now.
A multi-year commitment worth six or seven figures, sometimes personally guaranteed. The tenant may have a broker or attorney — but so does the landlord, with deeper pockets and a full-time team. Even well-advised, they can't be sure the net effective rent, concessions, and TI allowance reflect a fair deal.
Rising rent and operating costs, shifting RTO patterns, and the daily grind of running the space. Then come the dismissed maintenance tickets, HVAC that won't hold temp, surprise OpEx reconciliations, and neighboring vacancies that hollow out the building — fewer amenities, less security, a lobby gone quiet.
A building left to decline, in a submarket slowly emptying. Renewal increases regardless of a softening market. No flexibility when business got hard. Restoration clauses charging you to remove your own build-out. Tax structures mean no consequences for them — but no one to hear your story.
