Beware of Craig Fagan. A simple consult turned into him berating me, assuming my position on my case, attempting to convince me he can predict what a judge will say/do (lots of lawyers state this, it's a red flag because it's not true,) and active psychological harm. I don't think he realizes how abusive lawyers can be and that they're dealing with vulnerable people, or there's just a total lack of care happening. He tried to brush me off and give me a phone number of someone else, but I didn't even get to ask him to repeat it, because I missed a digit, because he actually just hung up on me. Thank you Mr. Fagan for reinforcing why most lawyers are just horrendous to deal with. I get the impression Mr. Fagan only takes easy simple cases where he doesn't have to work too hard to get paid, if that's not a description of your case or something you're willing to work with, I'd avoid this man.

Hello person in distress, I am writing this review to let you know that a few weeks ago I was in your shoes. I was wrongfully given a three days notice by my leasing manager. I quickly went into action and began my search for an attorney. After reading Mr. Fagan's, reviews and speaking with him on the phone about my case.
