I am from out of town and unfortunately I was not able to be involved in the eviction process for one of my tenants. Everything was done over the phone and email. I contact multiple agencies but Michael was honest, polite, always answered my questions and communicated consistently with the process. His expedited service allowed me to evict the tenant as fast as possible. I never met Michael in person but he has earned my complete trust and business. Rachael and team executed the eviction of my tenant flawlessly. Her team keeps the process going without delay. She has a large enough team with specialties in various areas to insure all details are addressed correctly the first time. Additionally, email response for my questions was typically 30 minutes or less. At all times I was aware of where we were in the process. Evictions in California is something you really cannot figure out yourself as law significantly favors the tenant. Any mistake that the court can find no matter how irrelevant will cost you time and money as you start over again to fix it. Go professional and save yourself the stress and aggravation of navigating the legal system.

Michael was SUPER helpful. I had a difficult decision to make about renting my condo to tenants and his advice was crucial to my decision making.
