I am writing to express my disappointment with the services I received during my recent consultation. Having previously worked with the Daniel Lickel firm and had positive experiences, I was surprised by the level of service this time. Initially, I had difficulty receiving the payment information for the consultation fee, which caused me to miss the opportunity to address my concerns without property documentation prior to my appointment. During our call, Daniel mentioned that he could call me at a later time to prepare for an upcoming hearing, which was unexpected. I had specifically set aside this time to discuss my issues after paying the consultation fee. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns weren't fully heard, particularly regarding the ongoing mold issues in my apartment complex and the serious health risks posed by asbestos. I had hoped the firm would provide a platform for tenants like myself to voice our grievances, especially when management companies are dismissive of our living conditions.

Receptionist speaks in a pleasant tone and can maintain composure. However, the Firm seems to ONLY care about collecting money, and not see if the case is something they are willing take on. I do not recommend this firm at all. They specialize in UD, but oddly can't help with last minute cases, which most UD are urgent. There is a good reason this firm has 3 stars. I have had lawyers help me and speak to me before I even retain them. This is poor business practice. All the receptionist could convey is that this is a "private firm"... well obviously, most are. Lawyers here seem like sharks.
